Refund & Return Policy
Did not like the product you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later and decide not to wear it.
We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple return policy to our customers.
We will refund the original source account within 7-10 business days of upon receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the delivery fee.
Product size is already mentioned in product images/description so, check your size and then place the order. Size issues won’t consider for item return. You will not receive the refund amount.
Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Due to hygiene reasons Naths(Nose Pin), Toe Rings, Earrings or any set included earing inside, body piercing products, hair accessories, face masks not Returnable.
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 2 days after received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@crispyfashion.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Place Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@crispyfashion.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, images of label and product received along with clear full 360 angle video recording of unboxing and reason for the return. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows. The timeline to raise a return request is within 48 hours from the date of order delivery.
(A) For PAY ON DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY orders:
Store credits will be provided. Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
Once we receive your return order, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the parcel and proceed with your selected mode of resolution method.
(B) For ONLINE PRE-PAID ORDERS (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/ Other Wallets)

- We will reimburse the original source account within 7-10 business days of upon receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the delivery fee.

- For orders paid with a card, the refund will be credited to the same card used during the order placement.

- For orders paid through UPI, the refund will be transferred to the same UPI source used during the order placement.

- Upon receiving your return, you will receive an email confirming the parcel’s receipt, and we will proceed to process your refund.

- Refrain from disclosing the OTP to the pickup partner until the order has been officially handed over to them.
Note:Shipping cost will not be refunded and applicable refund amount will be calculated after deducting discounts offered at time of purchase.
Also, Gift Hampers cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy-
At the moment, exchange services are not available.
If you prefer items in a different style, colour or size, you can return the items you do not need and place a new order with the desired design, style, colour or size with the help of the coupon code shared to you.
